We know that planning is budgets and planning is essential so we have a payment deadline of June, 1st 2026 for all payments to be paid in full.
Lodging Accommodations will cost approx. $350.00 per family/room. You can split the cost by rooming with someone or by making payment installments! Please contact your family rep if you have further questions! The link below is to book your room.

Reserving a Room: Please call your group leaders to reserve a room. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE FACILITY.

You can zelle her your payment or set up payment arrangements through her.Again, please do not book through the website, you will not be paying at the rate of everyone else. If you have questions about making reservations, please contact Richinda.
